About

We listen, act, and transform

I'm a Licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) and Professional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) dedicated to creating safe, judgment-free spaces where you can heal and grow. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Whether you're processing loss, recovering from abuse, managing attention difficulties, or strengthening your partnership, I bring trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, family work, and motivational interviewing—drawing on what works best for you. I offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions in both telehealth and in-person formats, and I'm currently accepting new clients. My goal is to help you take an active role in building a life worth living.
